In November 2008, Google were testing a new user interface for their AdWords system. The new interface is currently being tested by a number of UK advertisers from the 10 February 2009.
The new interface is supposed to make account organisation more intuitive and help users find the right tools on the right account screen. Navigating through accounts will be faster, editing keywords, ads, bids and placements will be easier and users will get more detailed statistics and in-context reports within the campaign management screens.
Checking the performancr for either keywords, ads or networks will be much easier and more detailed. The current placement ads are now called network ads. All graphs will provide a better more indepth overview of the performance of each segment being viewed.
