Google Using Bully Tactics Again..

Yahoo are currently going through a tough time and have just announced that they will be cutting 1500 jobs due to current worldwide financial situation. To make matters worse, they have delayed the rollout of a Google advertising deal that would see Google adWords results displaying in Yahoo search results.

But the real nail in the coffin for Yahoo was the latest press release from Google. On the 16th October 2008, Google announced that it’s now relaxing the UK ban on gambling sites which was Yahoo’s only real competitive advantage within the UK as Yahoo has never had such a ban for gambling in the UK.

So could this latest bully tactic from Google be the final blow for Yahoo in the UK?
