We've just added a little feature into our campaign management system - Apollo - that is small but powerful.

For each of our client's campaigns, a team of Campaign Delivery Managers, SEOs, developers, link building specialists and Apollo itself record activities and make notes in a screen in Apollo called "Messages".    These messages or notes are part of our way to ensure that our clients have a complete "transcript" of what is going on with their campaign (SEO or PPC) and help provide total transparency in what we do and when we do it!

Naturally we also speak with our clients constantly on the phone, have regular meetings, and provide a whole host of other reporting and analytics capabilities in Apollo - but the messages record the pulse of activity.. a "workstream" of everything that is going on.

As these are getting updated frequently, we've just added a new feature in Apollo to save our clients from having to log in to see their messages.  They can now access them via RSS.  This information can then be read from their favourite RSS feed reader - such Google Reader or even Outlook.

Apollo is being enhanced and extended constantly.  This little feature is just a small example of our desire to keep Apollo's place as the best campaign management system for search marketing in the industry.
