Returning Home

It's always sad to see clients leave our service and although it doesn't happen often, it does happen and for a variety of reasons.

Sometimes the client is having budget constraints.  A few clients have actually gone out of business (unfortunately solid SEO does not solve a flawed business model).  And a few get frustrated with the timescales involved with a young site and think that the pastures may be greener with another company.

It is a real statement about our approach when two clients that fell into the latter category came back to us this month - having decided that how we conduct ourselves and our overall approach to search marketing is better than what they could find elsewhere.

I couldn't be more proud of the way our team looks after our clients and it seems - more importantly - that our clients feel the same way too.
